This is my fun little "annoy everyone, mostly the " build.

I call it the "Lose Weight Britney!!" build. For one, my PvP character's name is Bertiney Spweerz. I use this build to move an opposing faction member from one area (that I don't want them to be near) to an area that is far far away.

Weapon (Staff):
20% HRT, +30hp Head, +30hp Wrapping, "Hale and Hearty" inscription
Armor:
Head: +1+1 expertise. Survivor Insignia
Chest: Supirior Vigor Rune. Survivor Insignia
Hands: Rune of Attunement. Survivor Insignia
Legs: Rune of Attunement. Survivor Insignia
Feet: Rune of Vitae. Radiant Insignia

Description:
Start out by casting Whirling Defense. Cast Death's Charge on a random enemy and run around them in circles while casting a random speed buff (preferably Escape). When they have targeted you start running away. If they are a caster run really really fast. If they are a melee class, just run with a speed increase. Then wait for Death's Charge to cooldown after you have lured the enemy(s) away. Rinse and Repeat till you are either (a) laughing (b) people are cussing at you (c) both.

No, they actually have no clue that I'm running it because now-a-days there are some people that are too lazy to type "ping build please!"
I only use it when I feel bored of PvE and PvP healing.

Its actually worked before, too. A sin constantly shadow stepped to me, but hey, I escaped him.

That seems like a build you would run with guildies when you get bored. They won't yell at you for doing nothing useful :P
